Coastal Cleanup volunteers tidied up Hopper Creek Trail

My husband Ted and I stopped by Yountville Fit on Saturday morning, and lo and behold we saw Hilary Gaede sitting against the wall, in front of a bunch of trash. So, I asked her what goes?
She explained that it was Coastal Cleanup Day, and in Yountville the route was along the Hopper Creek Trail. Nine volunteers teamed up to clean up, including Hilary Gaede, Kami Noriega, Town Manager Brad Ralston, Council Member Pam Reeves, Andrina Carlsen and Christopher Sakakihara.
In total this mighty team collected 23 pounds for the landfill and 21 pounds bound for recycling.
And, of course, I had to take a photo of some of the volunteers, and their trash!
