- RO Restaurant & Lounge will ring in the New Year from 5 p.m. to midnight with a festive holiday menu offered in two seatings. $125 and $295. An à la carte bar menu will be available for walk-ins with a $35 cover charge that includes a glass of Champagne.
- Hotel Villagio at Estate Yountville will count down to midnight and have live music at Hotel Villagio until 2:30 a.m.
