Yountville Chamber announces Natalie Leighton as new president & CEO
The Board of Directors of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce has selected Natalie Leighton as the new president & CEO of the organization, effective April 29, 2025. Leighton takes over from Whitney Diver McEvoy, who served as president & CEO for nearly a decade.

Natalie Leighton has been in the chamber of commerce industry since 2019 when she began her role as grassroots coordinator for the California Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, she moved to Long Beach, California where she served as the vice president of membership for the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. There, she not only oversaw the membership department but led community partnerships and spent her time outside of work volunteering for local organizations such as the Long Beach LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and the Long Beach City College Foundation. Within the chamber of commerce industry, Natalie has been involved with the Western Association of Chamber Executives as a member of their Emerging Leaders Council since 2022.
“I am excited to be returning to the North Bay, where I grew up, and am honored to be named the new president & CEO of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce,” Leighton said. “During her tenure, Whitney Diver McEvoy has established the Town of Yountville as one of the most desirable communities to live, work and play. I am committed to continuing that legacy.”
“Over the past nine years, it has been an incredible privilege to lead this organization and serve this extraordinary community,” Diver McEvoy said. “I am absolutely thrilled the board has chosen Natalie to lead the chamber, and I am looking forward to seeing the chamber continue to grow and prosper under her leadership.”
“For the past few months, the Yountville Chamber’s Board of Directors conducted an extensive search for this position, and we are certain we have made an excellent choice in Natalie,” said Noel Resnick, owner of Partners2Media and chair of the Yountville Chamber Board of Directors. “We are confident that under Natalie’s guidance, the Yountville Chamber of Commerce will continue to be a leader in the Napa Valley and greater Bay Area.”
Originally from the North Bay Area, Natalie attended Sonoma State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Wine Business and Marketing. For more information visit http://yountvillechamber.com.
