Letter to Editor: A testimonial

Dear Editor,

My name is Paul Cheatham II. I am a US Navy veteran and retired Community Service officer with US Army Europe and the NATO Forces. I reside at the Veterans Home in Yountville. I am delighted to support Marjorie Mohler’s campaign for re-election as mayor, Town of Yountville.

I have known her since 2008 and wish to acknowledge her dedication and service to improve the quality of life for veterans residing at the home.

I have listed some of her noteworthy accomplishments.

She has fostered connectivity between our town and the Veterans Home by improving transportation with the Yountville Bee and helping with social programs like lunch or Bowling with a Vet.

She has lobbied for our home members with state and federal officials.

She has attended our monthly Allied Council meetings for more than 18 years, Memorial Day and 4th of July Celebrations, and has placed Christmas wreaths on the graves of our fallen veterans for the past 18 years. She serves as advocate for our veterans and senior citizens. I offer my support and assistance in order for Marjorie to win this election.

The Bottom Line is: No other candidate can measure up to her. We know her. We trust her and we Love her. GO Marjorie!!
