Also, officials release details on Tuesday morning’s tragic Silverado Trail accident that killed a husband and wife visiting from Portland, Ore. And Caltrans is set to start work on the Highway 29 overpass today, installing a new guardrail. The lanes of the highway will temporarily be narrowed and drivers are asked to slow down in the construction zone.
