Yountville prepares for national spotlight with All-In Podcast’s ‘Liquidity Private Summit’
Some 500 attendees are expected to gather in Yountville an upcoming Liquidity Private Summit, a private event taking place May 31 through June 3.
The inaugural event, organized by the team behind All-In Podcast, will take place across multiple locations in partnership with local hotels, venues and businesses, according to a press release from the town, which said, “Yountville was selected as the setting for the event in recognition of the town’s distinctive character, hospitality and sense of place.”
The release also notes that increased activity throughout town during the event will include
increased vehicle traffic and pedestrian activity, particularly near hotels, restaurants and gathering areas, as well as limited parking availability in central areas and temporary closures of some venues.
A temporary perimeter fence will be in place around the Community Center property during portions of the event, which may affect typical public access to the area.
Parking lot access and public access to the Community Center property will be limited from Saturday, May 31, through Wednesday, June 3. The timing coincides with a regularly scheduled break between winter-spring and summer Parks and Recreation programming.
On Monday, June 1, and Tuesday, June 2, Parks and Recreation staff will be available at Locals Lounge at the Commons from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist residents with related services. Community members may also continue to call (707) 944-8712 or email [email protected] for assistance during this time.
The Yountville Library will be closed on Monday, June 1, as part of its regular schedule, and Tuesday, June 2, for staff development. The Post Office and adjacent parking area will remain open.
