You can also read about a developer’s plan to construct a new 2,500-square-foot commercial building on two empty lots at Humboldt and Washington streets near Van de Leur Park. The lower portion of the building will house two retail businesses while the second story will have two apartments. At the Town’s request, the project developer has erected “story poles” on the site designed to show the size and massing of the building prior to public hearings on the plan.

 In addition, we clear up rumors that although Coqueta has permanently closed, Gruppo Chiarello’s flagship restaurant Bottega remains open and firmly established in its location on The Estate Yountville grounds.
